Our capacity building initiatives are products of over 20 years of experience navigating youth development challenges while running a sustainable organization. Leveraging our partners, pool of experts and facilitators, we curate and deliver instructive and applied courses designed to improve youth capacity and their enablers as they work to deliver the SDGs by the year 2030.

Critical to our work at the Institute is a strong research practice. Building on this foundation, we leverage internal expertise, our think tanks, research and policy fellowships to generate and share evidence-based insights in the forms of articles and briefs with thematic focus on youth issues. We also conduct third-party programme evaluations, including large scale randomized trials.

We combine our in-depth knowledge of the African youth challenges and opportunities, and decades of experience navigating the sector to provide strategic but bespoke advisory to development agencies and governments willing to contribute to the transformation of Africa by harnessing the youth agency.
